Every time I try to go into a server with a "cs_druglab_JW" map, it says that my map differs from the server's. And usually these servers have about 10 people in them, so it can't be an edited version.

Where can I get the new version?!

I think it's a great map, the thing I like the most is that the tiles really match up.

But it takes alot of memory to play.
Especially on my c.r.a.p. computer.

Except from the memory, it's a really nice map.

There is actually quite a bit of fixes in the map to make it EVEN better (not that the first _JW version wasn't amazing already )

No, sepia-toning is a grayish-brown coloration used on old photographs or in image editing to give the appearance of an old photograph. In the map, the lighting effect was done by using a sprite to overlay the entire map and give it that lighting effect. I could make the light source any color I want, but chose the Orange, not Sepia, color to use on this map, because that is the color of the sun during the early evening.

It may look a bit brownish, and therefore may possibly be slightly sepia-toned, but at least I think of sepia-toning in terms of images, not lighting effects. For example, I wouldn't walk outside during a sunset and say "Wow, What a nice sepia tone tonight!"
