Why do you play CS2D?

First of all, it's highly impossible to play CS2D
if you have never heard of the real Counter-Strike.
Wether it is Counter-Strike 1.6 or Counter-Strike Source,
without them you most likely wouldn't know of CS2D's
existence. So I'm curious here, why do you play CS2D
instead of one of the real Counter-Strike? And while
we're there, is CS2D based on CS 1.6 or CS Source?
Anyway back to the point.
The most likely reasons are probably one of these:
You can't buy CS for some reason. An example would be
that you can't afford it, or you can't find it in the store, etc.
You can't run CS because it will lag on your computer
or it causes some errors or simply won't play.
You can buy CS, it can play fine on your computer, but
you find CS2D simply better.
If the first reason is your case, I'd like to tell you that there are some free non-steam (CS runs in) downloads
out there, mostly CS 1.6 and some CS Source. I don't know if this is legal or illegal, Anyway if this is new for you, try Google, it's your best friend!
Back to the point, my case is that I play CS2D because
CS Source lags on my computer, and I can't find CS 1.6
in any stores nearby, and even if I find CS 1.6 in a store,
I'd yet have to look at the price. I'm thinking about downloading one of those free non-steam CS 1.6 files out there, I tried one back a while, it worked perfectly
and didn't lag unlike CS Source. It also worked good online, playing people that also use non-steam CS's.
So what's your reason?

hi paintball, i dont know why people compare cs2d with 1.6 and all that, ok its same game name, style, but gameplay wise its totaly diffrent, all i ever played online before cs2d was 3d ones like flyff or drift city and all that, but they normaly lagg and you have to buy/pay for extras and all that, but 2d is great...1 its FREE and hopefully allways will be 2 it has a great community of people who work hard at improving the game in any way possible! 3 it has that quick pace about it, most matches dont last 5 mins! so its good to play if you dont have enough time to stay on the internet 4 its VERY challanging with all these pros-semi pros and even beginners! fighting every day it makes it fun and in some way a lil compatition and most of all its easy too play! most big games like world of warcraft and all that get confusing and hard to begin, hence why many new players dont stick around for long on complicated games xD, any way ive played 2d for over 2 years now and am i bored of the same thing? NO WAY 2d is sooo awsome im so addicted too it, i feel apart of the game too! lol sad but yer who cares i love it soo much its the most top played game i play online too this day!, bout 3-5 hours game play on a avrage day for me! any way peace out! CS2D!! FTW!!
