Currently my ip is 85.110.226.133.
And guess what?
My dedicated is opened right now.
My port in config file

And look to this its sets my port to 21483 then 36963. WTF?!
Your list can't even update a IP. (my port is 36963)
I have never used port 25251 in my ENTIRE life.
As i said before YOUR LIST IS THE PROBLEM!!!

because of the network library. it's actually using another port or something. weird shit. normally it should work with both. the specified port and the listed port. as I wrote before.
DC, In prior versions I Could open my servers and people were coming. Something you did in 0.1.1.5, destroyed my dreams of being cs2d host.
If it's weird you should do something.

My IP is 85.110.226.50 right now!!!
Your software have 2 problems.
1 -Dedicated Software cant detect my REAL IP!!!

a = software's randomly generated udp port number at startup b = port number in my server config file c = port number but not same with "a" and "b". d = my real ip (cmyip.com) e = my fake ip (cs2d_dedicated.exe) I start the software "a" creates itself? With my config file i change it to "b"! Some time passes. Software send update request to serverlist with "e" But my ip is "d" and i look to server list (usgn.de/servers.php) i see: "d" + "c" and "e" + some random port number again!!

there were no changes on the relevant network code for version 0.1.1.5.!so that code is the same as in 0.1.1.4. nothing is destroyed.
the "sending update-request"-message does never show your own address and that's intended. it shows the IP and Port of the USGN masterserver. Update Request is the IP from USGN.de I thought...

your idea has been declined because I simply want ESC to be used to QUICKLY (!) quit the game and not to close all windows first. I think that most people would agree. that's totally off-topic though so no more posts on that in this thread please.

CS2D uses 2 simultaneous connections. The 60070 is your port on the interface to usgn.de, 36963 is the port which you specified. Those are two different ports for clarification.
Can you explain the other port 27115 in server list?
WTF? I didnt choose anything about 27115.
I said million times... in my server config file, specified port is 36963.
Also make sure that 36963 really is the port that's opened up by cs2d and not 27115, cs2d often makes a random port assignment when one or more ports that it chooses are blocked.
And for the last time - networking level of programming is unpredictable at best, please try to debug it on your own first to see if anything's gone wrong outside of the box. And as I've said before - Wireshark is your best answer right now.
what exactly happens when you start a dedicated server:
1. CS2D Dedicated starts
2. it chooses a random port (or the local port you specified in the net settings
localport )3. it connects to the USGN with this port and checks whether your version is up to date
4. it initiates hosting. on this step it will close the existing udp connection and open a new one with the defined server port (it will keep the current if it already uses the right port or if the serverport is set to 0)
5. the dedicated server sends and entry message to the USGN masterserver
6. the masterserver reads the IP and the port of your server directly from the UDP packet header and saves the data in the USGN serverlist.
that you get another port seems to be a problem of BNetEx (the network library I'm using). Normally the server is reachable on BOTH ports. the port you get in the list and the port you specified (the developer of BNetEx confirmed that when I asked) . however this doesn't seem to work in your case. I don't know why.
anyways @leegao i need some help, i choose my capture interface but i dont know what to do next. I see lots of incoming packets but they are all TCP and HTTP.
