if you want to have a server which is online all the time you have to buy a real server where you can run the dedicated server program all the time.
if you want to shut the server down: yes, just close it.

I got my Dedicated Server up and working. It worked good with very good activity for 2 days! However, I checked it earlier and it stopped showing in Internet. Why? How do I get it back online? What happened? 
Ajseec said that he will send a script to fix that thing...
I still dont know if it will work or not,
but lets see what happens, if it works,
its proofed its just one more bug of the usgn hehe...
Well, I'll test it, and then I said if it fix or not...
probably the server app just crashed or something. I suggest to use a script which automatically restarts your server when it crashes.

I got the server viewer working, but my dedicated server never crashes. Its always the server viewer, it sometimes freezes and wont show the players in the game.
