you are WRONG in the PROJECTS section when you have a questions about CS2D! CS2D has its OWN SECTION! is it really that hard to get it?
CS2D = CS2D SECTION
STRANDED (I/II) = STRANDED I/II SECTION
MINIGOLF = MINIGOLF SECTION
PROJECTS = OTHER PROJECT (BY UNREAL SOFTWARE ONLY!)
and so on. got it?

"game blocked" is no error message of cs2d as far as I remember. disable or configurate your firewall(s) + windows firewall.
(and DO NOT post in the PROJECTS section again when you are talking about CS2D!)
