I Personally Use Blender For 3d Models, Then I Export It To 3ds, Which Can Be Imported To MilkShape, Which Exports b3d
as For Textures, Gimp Is Where It's At, For Sure.

okay, nice.. but.. why are you telling that?

btw: maybe you find it a bit more handy to use a B3D exporter for Blender: http://www.gandaldf.com/downloads.html

I use animator but i dont know how to use them in Stranded II it doesent work because its in the wrong model format.

Ultimate Unwrap3D works you can import b3ds animated and export them,Milkshape can import animated B3d exported by Ultimate Unwrap3D, and export as b3d.
