Current progress:

•Two Enclave soldier skins are done, end of this next weekend then I'll post the whole team player skins reviews. (Terrorist skins)

•Also i'm going to make the (scoped) .44 magnum for the deagle, probably a scoped version and one without scope. (for you to choose) But prefer without scope but you can't use it anyway.

Answers:

@ ipoleacs: Depends, mostly 3 hours (!) for the whole AER9 Laser Rifle, + drop, + resized drop and equip images. Mostly I make the skins in the weekends when I got spare time. (nowadays very busy with school and work.)

Armors are going to be changed too, I have a list on my other computer which got the whole idea's worked out for the most of the armors. (Like chinese stealth suit in fallout 3 for stealth suit etc.)

@ Jonzku777: Maybe making the $ (Dollar) sign in cs2d Hud to BC (BottleCaps), I don't know really. Items like Cash, Coins and Gold can be converted into piles of bottlecaps which is also an option.

@ playa slaya: Nice, can you send me an preview or thumbnail of some of the splashes?

That's a really good idea, affirmative!

Another good reason; keeps topic pages shorter and easier to read.

Edit:

Modification List updated. Armors are now listed and some new things like chainsaw as autoaxe and Mine for Bottlecap Mine etc!

This looks like the only Skins ever worth it. The only real problem I have is that there is no robot skin!!! oh well, I'll probably add one on my own. I like retro robotic killing machines. But I agree, if DC were to incorporate a custom weapon scripting system like gmod SWEPS there would be so much more great community mods. Of course every one and there grandma would make noob admin guns for crappy servers. Not to be nosey but how are the standard weapons packed into the .exe? What are they scripted in? I'm curious. *puts on big yellow hat* I can really see the community mods getting good though.

You need to have radiation without it well...its just wont feel like fallout.I'm sure you could make a script for it I don't think it would be to hard of a script.

Author's Comments:

Slasher: I tried my best making this enclave player as realistic as it would look in fallout 3, but it could be that you won't like it so much.

@ KaiserWilhelm: No robot skin? You mean the mechanist's suit in fallout 3? Or you mean mods without containing robot skins/armors? And yes, SWEPS at Gmod 10 is a good way to add new tools and skins but in CS2D you need to deal with it you can only edit existing skins and no value's.

@ playa slaya: Here's an idea; when you walk at a certain area, your value of [Radiation] goes higher with a max of 1000. So (0/1000) in display.

When standing in a square that is entitied to example: 17 radiation per second. (Which maybe could be done with delay and damage entities) Your radiation increases everytime and your screen display says: (34/1000) etc.

When having 1000 radiation you die. It seems this is hard to get in multiplayer so the max can be made like 100 instead of 1000 for balance.

@ Locusthorde300 & Vibhor: This topic ISN'T made to discuss which game is the best which is completely off-topic, talk about the mod instead.

@ ipoleacs: Since the regular revolver in fallout 3 is standardly scoped, I can however make the unscoped as an reference to the only unscoped revolver in fallout 3: "Paulsons Revolver"

well i guess i could make it but would not work right because different maps have different places that need radiation such as a pool of water wont be in the same place as another maps but yeah i will do it but it wont be right because of maps

edit just tell me if you want me to do it
(i.e. I want to)

.32 Hunting Rifle Added.

I'm not 100% satisfied with this skin, especially the drop icon.
The release pack version may differ from this preview version.

Those are all pictures made by Bethesda, All you did was change the format, That's called Plagarism(using without credit) I suggest you delete them.

And to answer your earlier Question => Lucas Simms/Lucas Simms voice actor.

I know there are two cannisters on the back but if you draw them, than they get beyond the drawing limits, so you would only see a part of it.

Next time don't get so angry what BloodClaw said, he is right, however you can change the splashes a bit with photoshop so they are not fully part of bethesda copyright. Like darken them abit, or make the edges of the images rusted or greenish of radiation etc, goal is that they look nice when you open the menu. (first splash would be the most suitable one.)

Edit:

Here are some splash example's I quickly made:

A Splash with fallout 3 logo added. (Maybe later I make "Fallout Wars" logo for it.)

And here's one with the headlights edited of the power armor soldier, just to make it look standout, just need to find away to delete those nasty circles of the lights.

Also what counts for both splashes they need some darker tint, maybe at the sides so you can see the text in the menu better, unless there is a way to edit the colour of the menutext. (from gray to darkgreen/black?)

Mind your language; even if its ment cheerful and express a positive emotion, just no dirty words.

You may make a map, you may use original tiles of existing maps, but I've got plans to make some megaton-tiles and wasteland tiles in end november. But sure go ahead, if it's based on one of fallout 3 maps and it is good then I might add it.

I'm currently making some melee weapons like: Shishkebab and Deathclaw Gauntlet posting previews in middle of next week with other new weapons.
