This is what I've done

Step #1

Step #2

Ports have been forward, then i open CS2D, run a server, hold tab, and the IP displays:
0.0.0.0:36963

Obviously you cannot join by that IP Address, so how do i fix the problem?

PS: I also went to my firewall and added the ports.

This might be normal. Just go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ or download this tool to find out your Online/external IP.

I know my IP Address and my Lan Address.
The server still shows "0.0.0.0:36963" i gave some kid my actual IP Address, so they could try join via that IP, but they kept getting ping timeout.

Forget to mention, im using a wireless router. I don't know, if that actually makes a difference or what..

You must open both TCP and UDP 36963.
I see you opened TCP 80.

wrong.
and you actually don't need to forward any tcp port.

it is normal that cs2d shows 0.0.0.0 for your server ip. it's not forwarding related.

to get your real internet IP address visit

Aw, I think I thought that because I always forward both TCP and UDP...

Are the images you posted from your firewall or your router?
You have to forward ports from both your router and firewall.
You could also try using the dedicated server and check if you can find your server in the list.

As i said in my second post "I know my IP Address". I've done everything right, but still no-body can connect to my server.

By the way here's a stupid suggestion:
Maybe in the next version or something, you could have another option in the main menu which says "Play CS:2D" and "Play CS:2D Max". Play CS:2D as in beta 0.1.0.4 with a working server-list of course, and then you got CS:2D Max which is the latest version.

looks like you're having a router/forwarding/firewall problem which is the most frequent problem. please check the FAQ / sticky threads or search for one of the billion existing threads about this topic...

your suggestion is pure nonsense of course. the old version is not even supported by Unreal Software anymore. playing it is officially not recommended

why can we not have the source code then?
is there something in there we aren't allowed to see?

ofcourse DC has added some porn sites in the source code

DC is still working on cs2d, why should he give out the source code?

I'm not talking about the 0105 source code, read carefully.
I'm talking about the 0104 source code.
