Search at google, "online mp3 to ogg converter" i use that. Works perfect.

This program lets you convert any audio->any other audio and any video->any other video, I use it alot, it works.

not really that good if i was to rate it
This is a program which can edit any audio and export them in much of the supported format
@Arne: pitiful that Oxelon is window$ only, but it seems to run fine on wine. if it runs fluently on wine, that'll be much, much better than those sucking converters on linux

hey man! search for audacity you can even make your own weapon sounds, music ofr cs2d etc etc. And its convert to waw or ogg and more. It us really usable
