that was the problem in the 4.0 Betas. FF 4.0 is nice but has some bugs here. sometimes I don't see the website then I have to minimize/maximize or change the window size to make it visible again.
the browser feels a lot faster than 3.6 though and you see much more of the website due to the new and light design.

so what you voted dc? btw its nice but not awesome, needs improvements. yeah.. why RC2? get 4.0, it has been officially released a week ago...

don't have that problem using FF 4.0 on win. I guess you are using Linux or Mac? awesome.
i have the same bug lol and i´m using ff4.0 on win 7
