Also Soldiers shouldn't be an NPC, It should have its own entity like env_soldier and you can choose what weapon they have on the properties settings.

maybe global skins should be used only in deathmatch mode and zombie mode.

Yeah it's called a toggle option in the console.

Example:

And yeah another option client-sided to turn off the function and show regular skins.

98.8% of the suggestions are retarded. most of them DC said he would not put in. There are very few that actually make sense. and would actually still keep cs2d.. cs2d?

ideas like SEAL team 6's are fucking horrible.

Good ideas should be implemented:
• lua parameters for npcs (speedmod,health,etc.)
• changeable weapon name (it would also chamge it in the menu, the command should be somthing like sv_weapon name.)
• bots should interact with enitys(use, breakable, etc.)

lol...if some one want to make a picture with only words than he can make the background unseen(invisible) so that people only seen the words...

but these things that you listed are awesome. I wish a few will be added in next version.
