You can't, either the server is lagging or you are to far away from the hoster.
+ Lags cannot be removed..

-turn off all other programs that use your internet connection (very important: filesharing programs!)

-search servers that are hosted in your country

-when you use wlan look if youre connection is bad (bad signal strength)
