I've reported many guys; many times. But its not easy to ban them quickly. If he will do this like 4-5 times, maybe he can be banned.

if u chek now u will see that there are maney acc's that has the same comment title(GOOD) and the comments kinda same and the rating is 1/5.

ShiRoi, it's not multi account. It's my friends account also looks like he used google translate. Yates is right soldier is shit but script is not bad. both of these uploads has ben spammed by the same users(multiple acc's) and the comments are kinda same.
*EDIT*and all of those 10 comments were posted in about 1 minute.
