DC but he isn't listed, so my vote goes to SQ. 
I know both of them produce great things and do well. Simply the best scripters of Unreal Software.
I think this is about the uploads on the site, not about someone you know that is better.

Blazing had the most creative Ideas, but Engin33eris also very good when it somes to scripts... But I think I'll vote for Engin33r, espescialy because of the doctor who mod
