Maps/Editor Need Water help

Click it, in the Tile/Frame #: Look for water ID on the tiles. (by pointing it), enter the ID for example 34(for cs2dnorm tile).
Make sure the Effect is Scrolling.
Then in the bar Scroll X, type in number (the bigger the number, the faster the water flows).
