Apparently the refund you get is access to trading and some other stuff only available if you paid for the game (I think) and a hat (that's for sure).

Ive only seen griefing, had 5 scouts from the same team pound at me. Saying need a dispencer here. Built one, then they started spamming thanks.
But i'm happy because i will be able to play it.
I actually need at least 1 month between buying one game from other. I bought Terraria a week ago, so i need 3 more weeks until i can buy something else.

Also, Shit has really sky-highed since F2P was implemented, My friend's Server got flooded with Horrid players complaining about My Soldier being too overpowered while their's are weak as shit, mind you, i am using the original weapons, No achieve weapons or Mann co. weapons
Oh, and they think i am using prediction and aimbot hacks, even going as far as to ask the admin to ban me, what a boatload of shit, or wait, better : Planet-load of shit

That means Valve is making some new updates to Steam to stop users from making new accounts, maybe that means less hackers.
