Kicking players (Using a list displayed in a menu, that is
Giving Items to players
Dropping items on a cursor-specified position
Spawning NPCs at the cursor
Teleporting to a player
Summoning a player
Teleporting to crosshair
ideas for additional features:
Building stuff at the crosshair position
Dynamically adding/removing Admins
Muting players for a given time interval
... and more stuff ive already forgotten again ><

I would suggest a kick-based ban, so players can see why they got kicked. Remember to set a delay so they don't see the game frozen.
Really there is nothing that hasn't been done. New ideas = bleh, no one has them anymore, it's all about efficiency now.
Making the smallest script--as well as the fastest is what really matters now, oh and useability.
