If the speed of the fan isn't 100% then you do have a problem, open up the computer and sweep it for dust.

However if the fan is 100% try limiting the cpu so it does not get too hot. Try putting your computer in a cooler environment.

Maybe some additional fans can help?Or maybe if you overclocked your cpu try downclocking it a little.

You mean your fan is loud all the time? Or just when it gets hot?

Guessing it's all the time, might be that it's old. Maybe it started to deform and touches it's (lost the word dammit... you know the round part which is around the fan? wall xD?) so it make sound?

I get that on a real old desktop computer after it get's real hot. But I never cleaned it's fan...

edit: just watched the video, I get the same sound lol...
