Ok, i searched this on Microsoft's official website, i tried everything that the computer manual said and i still can't do it.

I want to recover the original system that came with the computer (it's inside a hard-drive called FACTORY_IMAGE).
So, when i boot the computer a screen appears with the following messages:
F10 = Setup, Esc = Boot Menu, F11 = System Recovery, F9 = Diagnosis. But when i press F11 nothing opens and i have to restart the computer every try, it's so annoying, is there any other way or key to press to open the System Recovery Menu?

P.S.: I'm using a Windows 7 32-bit OS.

I don't know if they still have it in 7, but two days ago I used the program called "System Recovery" that comes with the computer. It gives you a few options, and restoring to factory condition is one.

Go to Start > in the search box type System Restore, and then there should be System Restore window. If you're not administrator just type the username and password. Then you'll know the rest good luck.

I don't use Laptops, and i didn't got a Windows 7 CD, i have an HP computer, and it has a Hard Disk partition called FACTORY_IMAGE (D:), so i want to use it and restore my system back to the factory definition.

But i don't have the HP Applications (the ones that come with the computer, with Recovery Manager and all that) since i changed my OS.

Oh, I'm not 100% sure then.. but there's a "Backup and Restore" button in control panel, I've never used that one so I can't really help you.
