They are both FPS's, so other than the fact that trees hide people better, you cannot define the height of things so stuff like headshots aren't really possible and multi-storey buildings are not what they are in 3D games, they very similar. But I just see things like Looser's CoD mod, and it doesn't even remotely resemble CoD... at least for me.

Also because you control different people while on BO you only control 2.
