I've tried fuckillions of web proxies and proxy programs, but it somehow detected I had proxy and didn't allow me to "Confirm" new recruits. x.x

Then it will probably not work. It somehow detects you using proxy and I don't know ANY proxy will work.
Use HIA Proxy

It works, you're just too lame to delete cookies. Also, do not use transparent proxy servers. I myself recruited over 9000 armies for myself, I told you that this game has no sense.
