I think it can clearly be seen that Erik was the one to start the flame battle. All other arguments are void because of the aforementioned reason.

Come on. In first place this wasnt flame war, in second that what happened happened. There is no reason to defend yates when its nice and clear that whereever he appears there is flame war.
