But I need the solution before my chrome crashes again. So I need ASAP

2)grab your installation disks that came with the computer
3)format it deleting the partitions the creating new ones(have sure everything is clear)
4)install the stuff from the disk and the backup
5)if it doesn't works, call someone to fix your computer the best way is if the guy see your computer himself to know the exact problem
ps:there is a progam that makes boot for pendrive if your computer doesn't have the disk reader

A Mad Bro hat geschriebenput a .bat file in your autostart that automatically starts your explorer.exe
Its already starts, but after 5-6 seconds, its giving an error.
hopefully a virus hasnt tooken over the system restore points.. if so..
make a new user account.. and use the new account.. virus still there.. but is probly only affecting 1 user
Z- hat geschriebensystem restore can fix em.. just go back to a date that there was no problems and run your antivirus
