1. New York City has 11 letters.
2. Afghanistan has 11 letters.
3. Ramsin Yuseb (The terrorist who threatened to destroy the Twin Towers) has 11 letters.
4. George W. Bush has 11 letters.
5. New York is the 11th State in the United States.
6. The first plane crashing against the Twin Towers was flight 11.
7. Flight 11 which hit the Trade Center had 92 passengers onboard. 9+2=11.
8. Flight 77 which also hit the Trade Center had 65 passengers onboard. 6+5=11.
9. The date is the same as the U.S. Emergency number. 911.

I believe the dictator was Saddam Hussein. No surprise that they didn't find Nuclear Weaponry either. Which reminds me of the case of David Kelly over here in the UK, who had died under unusual circumstances when there weren't any signs of Nuclear Weapons in Iraq.
