i tried to resize it myself but when i used it it said "not able to open gfx/splash

did you save it as gfx/splash.bmp? and is it EXACTLY 640x480 px?

Thou fails. Are you gonna upload it to US.de, cause then we know where we have to look to prove you copied it.

Btw don't use paint for resizing, it makes stuff all pixely and weird.
