DC has a limit an IP can host.
Our MC Servers (Bukkit or Minecraft classique), starts on 0.60€ per slot, per month.

If you really live in Africa, and if you take only one server, why not. I can make form for ask a server, but it will take longer, for no abuse.

Well, we have an awesome panel too. You can turn it on/off, upload files and create folders, edit server configurations and change language.
