I believe there was, but DC removed that and just decided to temp ban people whenever an offense was great enough.

I know that this will happen because maaaany people already misuse the contact fields for stupid messages and other crap even though the website clearly says that this is forbidden.

Definite +1, despite the rule against this sort of post. Is quite a cool idea and quite useful ( as per Yates ).
