A stable game with stable multiplayer can still be alpha. What I'm saying is I don't want to play multiplayer on a game when barely anything works.

I'm pretty sure DC can make that happen, seeing as he has already made multiplayer games he knows what to do.

@user 0TT0: I didn't forget it. This stuff will be added later. It's not necessary yet because nobody can play the game yet (including me. I'm not playing it, I'm working on it).

@user Conscience: I don't know in which stage the game will be when I release a public version for testing but this version will surely have multiplayer because this is one of the things which need to be tested with multiple persons from different locations.

I know this is a step up... but if we were to compare morrowind to oblivion, with Stranded II to Stranded III

firstly... a good improvement would be item, object, and unit physics... items roll down hills if you drop an item on uneven terrain, animals and the such ragdoll around after death, colliding with objects and the terrain... and some objects tumble when you break them (like a chopped tree)
other objects split into smaller models when destroyed
such as an archers stance into a ladder model, and 4 legs from it's support model...

definetly needs FPS arms and items, like almost all FPS'
an example is both a knife in hand, with a swinging and or stabbing animation.

along with the FPS arms and items, wouldn't it be smart to give a few player customisation?- such as the ability to choose the players left or right hand, and choosing a sex, basicily only changing the characters voice, and the same for the players race, changing their voice too.

Weapons, tools, and armour need durability, Oblivion for reference.

i know your game is fictional... but shouldn't we change the fact that you can chop down trees with your hands, wouldn't it be better off if you need to find both a stone and a stick on the ground in order to be able to chop trees for example. use some recipe examples from Dont starve, an indie game,

I know iv written many posts based on the idea of this game... i just cant help but try and help your production, try and make this game as prosperous as i can possibly do on my part... which is nothing.

i hope one of my ideas are at least helpful.

I agree with some stuff but part about woodcutting ...
I agree you shouldn't be able to chop down a tree with hand but you should be able to take branches and bark ( and similar stuff if added ) because you can do that in RL.
For stone maybe it would be better if you couldn't be obtained by punching large stones but then there should be more smaller stones or maybe that stone has part that is easily taken( maybe by clicking e or something in stone he searches it and maybe finds something ( rock ,insects etc))

Simply need the posibility to search the "ground" not only hit the "stone"...

Desperado sugested you should be able to get stone from those large rocks and I was talking about those stones you use for tools

@user dead soul, I got that as good... simply myes... searching around "big stones" it is possible to find something, but I think - pickaxing will make possible to take big stones (stone block), that can be used for buildings or pickaxed into smaler stones ("stone"), and then even pickaxed into "peables"...

I hope in S3 you can see the tools and weapons on your hand when you are using it, I hate it when I don't see the weapon or tool in my hand, it makes me think that my hand is sharp when using a sword

id say that is my lest liked feature, the fact that you can see your own hands... would be good to able to see realistic cutting animations on a tree with axe, and swiming freestyle or breast stroke.

and of course... fall damage... the most unrealistic thing in the game i know of, apart from the dinos and the such.

Well, maybe looking at your hands all the time, no, that is kinda annoying, but maybe when you have an active item, or while looking down you can actually see yourself and the tool/weapon/item you are holding. That would be nice.
