I'm creating a server with the mod and super hero like the super hero mod uses the F2, F3 and F4, need an Admin Script normal, like everyone else, but it is for commands. It would be very nice to do this script for me because when we talk about the scripts I'm nothing good and need a lot of help. Count on you.
If you can wish that the commandos were these:
!t - to switch in tag mode and no tag mode !tc - to change tag color (you will choose the form) !kick <id> - obvious 
!banip <id> - to ban the ip adress of a specific id !banusgn <id> - to ban a usgn of a specific id 
!ban <id> - obvious !wall <id> - to put a wall on a specific id !rvip <id> - remove a vip of a specific id !rmod <id> - remove a mod of a specific id addvip <id or usgn, you choose> - obvious !addmod <id or usgn, you choose> - obvious !hp <id> - choose the life of a specific id !armor <id> - choose the armor points of a specific id !speed <id> - choose the speed of a specific id !giveitem <id of item (id on editor of maps)> <id> - add a specific item to a specific id 
!o - show which mods/vips/admins are online !mc - mod/admin chat or you can make a menu when i say : !adminmenu/!vipmenu and things like that, and open a menu with all i wrote up
And need make me can use console commands and if you want, make more commands
