Hello everyone,
I'm very sad today because I can't play a game which runs in Java. When I start it a window comes up and it says:

I tried to search for a solution as the window wanted me to. After maybe 3 days (~8 hours of pure googling for this error and reading threads and stuff) I'm still not able to solve it. (I already used Google as you can see user Alistaire)

The thing is that nearly everyone says "Try to update your Graficcard drivers" and almost everyone answers "Thx,works now" or "You should have at least a resolution of 1024x768 (for example)". But for me it still doesn't work. My Grafic Drivers are up to date and I tried already every resolution that my screen supports (starting with 800x600 and ending with 1920x1080).

The window still appears and I don't know what should I do now. Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?

This computer got an ATI Radeon xpress 1250 (onboard)
It's PokeMMO (not Kidscraft)

It's a problem with lightweight java game library.

It's what minecraft is based on. This is what i would do:

1.Update Graphics card drivers.
2.Update Java
3.Some programs require stuff like net 4.0 framework. See the games requirements.

EDIT:
I'm gonna try out the game and see if i get the same error.

Try a fresh install of the game.

It is fresh installed. I don't have net framework installed yet, gonna download it somewhere.

@user Geez: I guess it does. I mean I can play CS2D with OpenGL without any problem so...
@user EP: I used Java SE 6 and Java SE 7. The window still appears..
It's Windows 7 64bit, it clearly should be compatible.

So check what the pixel format acceleration is and if your gfx does support it.

this may help (I did this with minecraft to fix some sound lag. its an update to LWJGL

1. Download this: http://sourceforge.net/projects/java-game-lib/files/Official%20Releases/LWJGL%202.9.0/lwjgl-2.9.0.zip/download

2. open your pokemmo folder

3. go to the folder lib in the pokemmo folder.

4. in the zip you downloaded go to: lwjgl-2.9.0/jar

5. Replace the following files in pokemmo/lib folder with the ones in the zip archive.

1. lwjgl.jar
2. lwjgl_util.jar


6. Now in the zip archive. Go back and enter the folder Native and choose windows.

7. enter Pokemmo\lib\native\windows

8. Replace all the files in the zip folder to the Pokemmo\lib\native\windows

You are done.

After this the window still appears.
I followed each step you've written there.
And the link you've shown: I've found thisw thread already once with google. It's just another person who can play this game after updating his graficdrivers.

Write the "console log"...(from the game)... maybe I will get know whats wrong... And say your PC brains. Processor, video card, EVERYTHING!

edit: whrite even the dirrectX version and Drivers Version (for sound and video card)

2nd edit: you can check the most of info by running the "dxdiag.exe" (when you open the start menu, write it there)

3rd edit:"Errors with games in hand are not having common sense, not understanding that ALWAYS you have to have:
-Drivers Video update
-DirectX updated
-Libraries c + + 2005, 2008 and 2010 date
-Framework 3.5 and 4.0 installed
-Driver of the Updated CPU Cya ~"
