So, 2 weeks ago my laptop keyboard just broken, so i buy a new temporary USB keyboard which doesn't have any Fn button. Luckily, before the keyboard is broken, the Wi-Fi LED in my laptop is on. Then, last few days, the USB keyboard berhaves strangely, like pressing the sleep/shutdown button(which doesn't available in there) and then, it shuts down my laptop Wi-Fi(maybe by sending some strange sh*t Virtual Key button). How can i enable the Wi-Fi again?

Some Notes:
1. I already search on google but nothing works
2. I'm gonna tell you my laptop vendor if you ask it
3. Device Manager, Wi-Fi device, Enabled but the LED doesn't on
4. Wi-Fi switch is greyed out(i use Windows 8.1)
5. If you know some information about Virtual Key to turn it on, list them please, i can use SendInput API from windows
6. Disabling then Enabling > Not work
7. Try to use SendInput on OEM-specific virtual keys > not work
8. There's no hardware switch.
9. There's no option to enable it in BIOS menu
10. I'm asking to this community because there's no other place to asking, maybe i hope that this is good place to ask about this

Need fast answer, i need to use Wi-Fi on saturday

Here u go,
• First way : Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter setting > Right Click on Wireless Network Connection > Enable √

• Second way : Search > Type on Screen Keyboard > There is fn button there, press it then press ur "Wi-fi" button(mine is f4)

Perhaps one of these links below are a viable solution.
> Enable/Disable a device from the command line (Requires knowledge in basic computing)
> Disable/Enable wireless (Requires knowledge in VBS [Visual Basic Scripting Edition])
> Enable/Disable wireless card (Requires knowledge in AutoIt)
> Managed Wi-Fi API (Requires knowledge in C# [C Sharp])

If not you perhaps need to configure your new external keyboard. There is software on the web that does exactly that. By configuring the keyboard your problem will be solved. However this does take a experienced user to do I believe.

However here is the link for such software. It supports both 32-bit and 64-bit processor architecture OS's.

Have you tried replacing your keyboard?
Are you sure there's no Wi-Fi option in the BIOS?
What about an Fn-key behaviour option?
Why don't you tell us your laptop model?

I meant in your BIOS settings.
I find it strange that you don't have those settings in your BIOS.
Have you tried contacting your laptop vendor?

1. No, that setting doesn't exist. There's no option to change the Wi-Fi status from BIOS and there's no option to re-map the Fn key. It seems that my USB keyboard sending a very random strange virtual key code and it's sending the Wi-Fi off button.
Have you tried contacting your laptop vendor? No, still not yet

EDIT:
Now i'm discover that there's application called Hotkey, there's not much information in google about this, but i discover 1 DLL that maybe related to Wireless. It's called wlandll.dll. Once i see it's exported functions with dllexport, i see that there's function called setwlan. Currently i'm coding an application to load the dll and call that function.
