Can i translate game to Lithuanian language and developers might add it to the languages selection. Firstly I am talking about CS 2D?

Lithuanian translations for CS2D were done before. Knowing from experience that Lithuanian language arguably has not so many synonyms, I'm fairly sure that you'd end up making a translation of same kind or make it worse than there already is.
