Well.....the voobly plan failed huh 
But the idea i have is more full proof.GameJolt is a free indie game database.Many new games are added everyday.I suggest to put CS2D on Gamejolt.Since there is no poll you can just upload it and advertise your website so the traffic increases.You can also put your other games like Minigolf madness,Carnage Contest,Stranded 1,2,3 etc.

Sparty said this is not a failed plan for CS2D to be in Voobly, there are just less people than before but we must be thankful that the poll has more YES votes than NO, so the admin will make a decision for CS2D to be in voobly, but not really sooner i think. To hell with voobly

Then @ DC must sign up first and upload the Counter-Strike 2D in the GameJolt because he's the developer of this game.
Maybe i go wrong, but it's should to ask him first and i still disagree with what you said. I dont think - unless he needs to put money and more effort that he can afford - that DC would disagree to any type of "advertising" his games like that.
He fully understands (least i hope he does) that for ex. CS2D has the potential, it's just that the scene has shrinked because the income of new players was less than the old players growing up/finding other games and therefore leaving it, and for that the issue is the lack of (good) advertising (as well as times changing, but that's another story).
Considering the factor that the advertise has to be like i mentioned, free, all the suggestions from time to time of community members should be given more importance. And not only from DC but from all the users - which unfortunately doesnt happen as it should.
I am still confident that DC has not given up on trying to make the game be known. Every idea counts, it's good to see guys trying to help as they can, too. I mean if he puts his game on gamejolt the game would get recognition and automatically more traffic would start coming
