Do you run CS2D at fullscreen?
What's your screen resolution?
Is your display stretched or does it have black bars?
my screen resolution is 1366x768
yes i run cs2d in full screen

In the menu to the left, go to "Adjust desktop size and position" under the "Display" category.
In "2. Apply the following settings:", there should be three scaling modes, choose "Aspect ratio".
To the lower-right corner, press "Apply".
