Because it is the only example you provided. What is "the small pic"? Is it the logo of respective websites on the left side? Why do we have to guess what you guys want?

Besides, using unrealsofware login will provide you all the user details, no? I don't think you're allowed to do that.
Rainoth: It's not that bad imo. Eye cancer would have needed more intensive colors 2. Remove the text-shadow from the header 'Server Manager' and change the text color to white.

Nekomata: Yes, definitly i gonna replace, just trying some wallpaper first, which fit it to best 
The text-shadow was because of the background, but i didn't used before.
