but a guy called Pelennor kept crashing Infinity servers till our VPS crashed, we did iptable on him. We installed 2 DDos protections, One that Xirot sent me, and one that is a DDos Deflect or whatever, so I was just setting up the new RPG server till he sent a REAL DDos attack, I know that these are impossible to block, but somehow he managed to bypass the iptable and crashed the whole VPS, the problem now is that the VPS times out anytime we try to connect into it, It crashed, permenantly crashed. We also had an amazing DDos protection that the website did offer to us with the plan (550 Gbpits DDos prot)
but it cant even handle a small attack.
So my question isn't "How to stop these DDos attacks" but "How to fix the crashed VPS", please don't tell us to contact the customer service because they're german.
