DC added a Gas mask into CS2D

This does protect against the gas grenade that why it was made kinda obsoleet now since DC finely added a gas mask to the pre release of CS2D ...

It's awesome though, imagine a default CT3 (SAS) player wearing a gasmask. (SAS already have a gasmask lol)
