How to report a player?

A player called "Alucard", of the Loko²Ð clan, has copyed everything is mine and is calling my players to his server...
Copyied my map and sayd its him's
Copyed my server info and say'd its hims
Created his clan and server to curse me
And he's server info is saying that im a M_____F_____
What can i do to punish him?
He is a bad person and player, and dont should play CS2D
OBs: Me and him are Brazilians, but he dont speak english - -''
