I tried several times but still failed to login ingame. They say my username or password is wrong. I try once again and there is just yellow dash. I've redownloaded CS2D, disabled firewalls, reseted usgn.pw file, tried older versions of 2D. :< And i am pretty sure that everything is alright with my password, but it says i type it wrong. I changed it 2 times, still there's problem. I can not join servers with USGN only, i have no rank and no friends without USGN, so please help me.

Did you tried 0.1.1.9? - it's works fine. If your USGN works in 0.1.1.9 then you need to copy "usgn.dat" and "usgn_pw.dat" from it and put in your CS2D. Then open "usgn_pw.dat" properties and set "Only read". That's all.

Crazy, but try to run CS2D in a virtual machine (with WinXP or a Linux distr). That will show whether its OS or network.
