Well.. I'm logged in usgn but when i try to connect with server I'm waiting and nothing.-->screen I think it's a problem with my ISP, but he don't know what can be locked ...
I have this problem 3 days.

This may happen from time to time but it shouldn't happen ALL the time.

Things you can try:
• Hit cancel and try again
• Restart CS2D and try again
• Log out by removing your user name / password in the settings, hit okay, enter it again and hit okay again and try again afterwards
• Log out and play without login at all
• It may also be caused by the server itself. So try other servers as well!

Attention: Simply waiting a long time (longer than a few seconds) when this screen shows up probably won't help in most cases! Instead try the stuff above.

one option works(play without usgn), but i must play with usgn because I play in tournament cs2d and i must have it.
Can you tell me what ports use USGN? - maybe this is bloked, from my ISP.

The U.S.G.N. masterserver is using UDP port 36963 (this is the remote port). However your CS2D client connects to it using a UDP port which is assigned by the system automatically (this is the local port. It's displayed in the console after launching the game). You could also specify a port in the settings but this is normally not necessary and a bad idea in most cases.

If you want to do so anyway:
> Options > Net > Change "Local UDP Port" to something different than 0. Values between 49152 and 65535 recommended. (0 means automatic port allocation). Range:

The point is: Your connection to the U.S.G.N. masterserver seems to work because you are able to login. So I assume that the problem is caused by the server. Are you sure that this problem occurs with all servers?

This is strange. Also make sure that you are the only person using your account. Maybe change your password to be safe.
I'm not sure what else could cause these problems.

doesn't work ;/
DC: when i try connect (with sv_usgnonly 1) i have this -->screen
