-You aren't allowed to connect to your database with a non-standard application (check your user rights)
-Wrong password.

Anyways, what are you trying to do by connecting on a Mysql database ?

You shouldn't just remove everything in your post to replace it with "Fixed", other people might have a similar problem - if you hadn't edited it, they would've been able to get at least some guidance.
