setmoneyrcon setmoney 1 16000
Assuming that you have ID 1. You have to change that number accordingly (hit tab to see your ID, it's the little number in front of your nick).

in my server rcon mp_startmoney is not working friend i dont know why?
mp_startmoney sets only the money you get when joining the server. It does not change the amount of money you get when starting a new round.You have to use Lua if you want to change that amount in Standard game mode (or
mp_dmspawnmoney in most other modes). 1
