just add a alpha color in the weapon.
do in png save as .png and rename in bmp

put the files in your servertransfer.lst;edit it and put something like this:
"gfx/weapons/weapon_m.bmp"
"gfx/weapons/weapon_k.bmp"
"gfx/weapons/weapon_d.bmp"
"gfx/weapons/weapon.bmp"

WARNING: this make the original weapons of you users be the yours,adn can´t be unchanged for newbie players.. (if ihe acept download and overwrite)

Please don't do what user User does not exist suggested because you can't reset the files to default for a leaving player.
