Not being able to scrap together a tileset by yourself is proof of inexperience. That's why asking for tiles on the forum is a bit ironic.

Dude. The WWII tiles are the most liked. You should have been able to figure this out yourself.

As for Fallout tiles go, they were once uploaded but I can not find them any more. I still used them in one of my maps:
