I saw some account hijacking going on recently and I even saw that there's a Google forms page which simply asks for your Unreal Software account data (which is of course a very primitive way to steal your data). Therefore I want to remind you, that you should be careful with your account credentials.

If someone asks you for your password it's ALWAYS fraud.
Nobody from Unreal Software will ever ask you for your password. Never tell anyone your account password! No matter who asks.

Websites asking for your password are fraud!
You will NEVER EVER have to enter your account password at any website other than http://www.unrealsoftware.de
Please always check the address bar before entering your account credentials and only do so if you're 100% sure that you are currently at the official unrealsoftware.de website.

Apps asking for your password are fraud!
No app will ever ask for your password. Only exceptions are the following two games by Unreal Software:
Counter-Strike 2D
Carnage Contest
If you want to use these games, please always use the official download links provided by Unreal Software. Do not enter your password in any other app.

Hello DC, you banned my account ID 70181. For the simple reason that I did not do anything. I saw the form and it was my brother Andre who did. I myself delete this form and I have nothing to do with it. I use a notbook and it plays almost always. I'm known at CS on Gray. Rest assured that in my noot he does not move anymore. @ raven1: First of all: You apparently have multiple accounts which is forbidden.

Secondly: The account 70181 ( LeLower) is NOT permanently banned at all.

There is only a temporary ban because "your brother" did weird and suspicious stuff with it. For the same reason I reset the password. You should receive a new one. If not use www.unrealsoftware.de/recover
Note that this temp ban is only for your own security. I did it because it looked like "your brother" hijacked your account. It will expire within 6 hours after your login.

sorry if this is not the way to send this message, but I want to ask something, ¿What happened with @ Hajt:? have your account hijackied? because it is no longer support security.

@ Scott: As per the activity logs, DC removed his status though I couldn't notice any account changes such as E-mail change or mass wrong log-in attempts.

By the way I'm quite skeptical Hajt's account got hijacked because I'm fairly sure he's aware enough of those things. Otherwise he could earn a permanent/temporary ban just like any other hijacked accounts as to avoid further malicious activities.

@ Scott: Hajt asked me to remove his security supporter state because he can't / doesn't want to be so active here anymore in future. Or something like that. His account has not been hijacked.

Overall only very few accounts seem to be affected by the recent events (if at all, it's hard to tell). Still such a form was reason enough to warn you guys and to raise the awareness.

So imagine that I am a hijacker (not saying that I am..) and I get my hands on 2 USGN's and a us.de mod finds about it. What will be my punishment in this case?

I just depared myself with a similar case of hijacking the other day and I was wandering what sort of stuff you'd expect if you get caught doing so.

Everyone hijacking accounts will be excluded from this community forever. This means we ban all accounts this person has access to, including new accounts that person might try to register in future.

Hijacking accounts is a criminal act and of course we have zero tolerance for people doing such things.

Of course we also try to return hijacked accounts to the right owners. This can be difficult however and is not always possible. Especially when very old accounts of inactive users are hijacked. Which is the most common case because people think low IDs are cool.
