Unfortunately I don't remember the name and I didn't find it either. I also don't know if it's still compatible with current maps.

If you find it and make maps with it however you should still be able to play them with CS2D as CS2D is designed to load all past map format versions properly.

oops... yes, that's the editor I meant! I only searched for things like "cs2d map editor" and didn't find it. I even checked which files user Klin uploaded (none) because I was relatively sure that he made it but nothing. I wasn't aware that it was an important/sticky thread
