It's probably something in the "usgn_host" that has been edited or something.

Here's how mine looks like, and it works out fine.

cs2d/temp/usgn_host:

http://usgn.unrealsoftware.de
usgn.unrealsoftware.de
http://usgn.unrealsoftware.de/game_cs2d/

Lol some went "links" but just copy them into your usgn_host in the "temp" folder. And see if any servers show up. cookies
