DC, it is time to add mute in cs2d

Ehm what the fuck. Mutecommand can easily done with lua. There are tons of those scripts already.

@ XoOt: they commands are optional on each server, as a player you never know which servers supports that feature

As XoOt said, this can be done simply by lua and is therefore not really needed to become a game feature.

Why add mute

Could be better if Players could mute other players but only they can't see the muted persons text. It would reduce spamming.

@ TrialAndError: also possible with lua.

@ XoOt: LC, round restart, settings, the whole freaking game can be done with lua.

Thats wrong. Round restart is a specific console command, same goes for every server setting. They just can be additionaly launched with lua by parsing the right rcon command.

Not required under normal circumstances (in my opinion)
Can be done with Lua easily
or just votekick annoying players
